WORLDWIDE LOCATIONSIn addition to our headquarters in New York, The Investment Banking Institute offers full training services in the Midwest from our Chicago office, on the West Coast from our San Francisco and Los Angeles offices, in New England from our Boston office, in Texas from our Dallas and Houston offices, in the South from our Atlanta and Miami offices, in the nation's capital from our Washington DC office, in Canada from our Toronto office, and in the UK and Bulgaria from our London and Sofia training facilities respectively. All locations are modern business offices, which incorporate state of the art technologies to promote a professional working environment.A selection of freshly brewed coffees, teas, and filtered water are always ready at all locations before and after class, as well as at the breaks, free of charge. Our main office in New York features a business lounge with large, comfortable sofa-chairs and a flat-screen TV where trainees who arrive early can access the internet from their laptops. Being located directly across from Grand Central Station provides not only ease of access to our office, but also the GC food court and dozens of other restaurants within 1 or 2 blocks; there are many options for a convenient meal before class. Our kitchen includes snack machines, a refrigerator, and microwave. You are welcome to arrive early, and eat lunch/dinner before class begins. NEW YORK Training classes are held in the training room of our main offices located at The Helmsley Building on Park Avenue, Tenth Floor, in Midtown Manhattan. The Helmsley Building, built in 1929, and awarded office building of the year in 2006, emphasizes classical form and style with its elaborate Beaux Arts architecture. It is a Park Avenue Landmark and houses many securities firms, hedge funds, and law offices. The Helmsley Building is located directly North of the Metlife building, across the street from Grand Central Station, making the location easily accessible by subway and Metro-North railroad.
BOSTON Training classes are held in the conference room of our Boston office located in the downtown financial district at 225 Franklin Street, 26th Floor. The building is recently renovated and has an outdoor plaza, coffee shop, and on-site parking. The Government Center subway station is close by.
WASHINGTON DC Training classes are held in the training room of our Washington office located at
Washington Square Center in the heart of the Central Business District, three blocks from the White House and the World Bank. There is a five star restaurant on site, Postal Service, and a fitness center. The Farragut North Metro Station is conveniently located in the lower level of the building.
CHICAGO Training classes are held in the conference room of our Chicago Rosemont office in the Rosemont Convention District, a few blocks from O'Hare International Airport, and diagonally across from the Rosemont Convention Center. Located near the beautiful Catherine Chevalier Woods Forest Preserve, this prestigious office complex is less than 500 feet from the Rosemont "L" stop on the blue line; it offers easy access to the Kennedy Expressway, and free parking is available from the Bryn Mawr Ave entrance into the parking lot. The office is near many fine hotels, restaurants, and shopping.
TORONTO Training classes are held in the training room of our Toronto office, located on the 27th floor of the TD Canada Trust Tower, the third tallest office building in Toronto. The TD Canada Trust Tower is part of Brookfield Place (BCE Place), a class AAA office complex, connected to hundreds of stores, restaurants, and services. BCE Place houses the Allen Lambert Galleria, know as the "Crystal Cathedral of Commerce", which was the result of an international competition and is one of the most photographed spaces in Toronto's financial district; it is heavily featured as a backdrop for news reports as well as TV and film productions. BCE Place is within steps of all the major banks and hotels.
LONDON Training classes are held at our state of the art training facility in downtown London, located near Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, and Big Ben. This is a very vibrant area of London, with popular restaurants, hotels, markets, shopping, and culture. We are walking distance from Victoria station and a short bus ride from Waterloo station. The nearest tube stations are: Victoria, Pimlico, St. James Park, and Westminster circle. Metered car parking is available on the street (free on weekends) and discounted rates are available at the car park in Horseferry Road, a five minute walk.
ATLANTA Training classes are held in the training room of our Atlanta office at the Midtown Proscenium Center located in the heart of Midtown at the prestigious corner of Peachtree Street and 14th Street. The building lobby features imported marble floors, exquisite artwork, and a fountain-lined entrance. There is a covered parking deck. Our office building is located directly next to the Four Seasons Hotel and across the street from the Sheraton Colony Square Center. There are many renowned restaurants in the area and a cafe in the building itself.
DALLAS Training classes are held in the training room of our Dallas (Irving) office, located in the Millennium Center at the Urban Towers, in the Las Colinas Business Park in Irving. Prestigious Las Colinas is located on Highway 114, 10 minutes from Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport. On the 16th floor, with windows on both sides offering panoramic views of Lake Carolyn and the Las Colinas Country Club, our Dallas facility is state of the art. Parking is available on site, along with a deli, ATMs, and other conveniences; hotels are within walking distance.
HOUSTON Training classes are held in the training room of our North Houston office, located at the International Energy Center, 10 miles North of downtown Houston at the intersection of I-45, and the Sam Houston Tollway. The building features a beautiful indoor atrium, surface and covered parking, and a ground floor deli. The Energy Center hosts prominent Houston businesses and is a striking glass mirrored structure, easily accessible from Intercontinental Airport as well as Downtown.
MIAMI Training classes are held at our Miami office in the Trenton Building at the Downtown Doral. The office is a block away from the Doral Golf Resort and Spa, and less than a mile from Miami International Airport.
SAN FRANCISCO Training classes are held in the conference room of our San Francisco office at the Spear Tower, 36th floor, in the Financial District. The Spear Tower is the tallest tower of the Market Plaza financial center, and offers spectacular views of the bay and city skyline. Situated at the most prominent address in downtown San Francisco, near Embarcadero Center, the Spear Tower houses many financial firms.
LOS ANGELES Training classes are held in the conference room of our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office at the Continental Grand Plaza, located four minutes from Los Angeles International airport with convenient access to freeways and the Metro Green Line. The plaza is a new six story building, featuring impressive views onto the California mountain range; it is considered the premiere Class A mid-rise office building in El Segundo. The location is well placed for restaurants, retail outlets, and hotels. Covered parking is accessible on site.
SOFIA (Click for Schedule) Training classes are held at INTERPRED – WORLD TRADE CENTER SOFIA located at 36 Dragan Tsankov Blvd., Sofia 1040, Bulgaria. WTC Sofia is the preeminent business address in Bulgaria, housing many multinational corporations including the World Bank and the United Bulgarian Bank.
