TRAINING FOR FINANCE JOBS
The most important factor in finding a Finance job is to be properly qualified for one. The skills on your resume must match the skills that the company is looking for. In any industry, proper training has become more important than ever. Managers and workers in all fields who have been laid off during the recession now find themselves unqualified for the same positions they held prior to the recession. The hiring landscape has become much more competitive for every job, not just finance jobs. This does not mean that it is impossible to find a job, it means that it requires more effort, and a candidate must do everything possible to make sure they are the most qualified candidate for the finance job.
